Genstant Cam is an AI-powered instant camera app for creating stylized virtual photography. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and how it is used.

When you generate an image, the app may process the following information:

• Reference photos selected by you in the app.
• Generation settings such as outfit, pose, scene, lighting, and prompt parameters.
• Generated images returned by image generation services.
• Basic technical information needed to complete requests, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.

How Information Is Used

We use this information to generate your requested images, operate the app, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and respond to feedback. We do not sell your personal information.

Image Generation Providers

Image generation is performed through our backend proxy. The backend proxy may send your selected reference photos and generation parameters to third-party image generation providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested image.

Photos and Generated Images

Photos you select are used to fulfill your generation request. Generated images may be stored locally on your device when you save them. The app does not use your photos for advertising tracking.

TestFlight Feedback

During beta testing, feedback, screenshots, crash reports, and related diagnostic information may be collected through Apple TestFlight or by email if you contact us.

Data Retention

We keep operational logs only as long as needed for debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention. Beta feedback sent by you may be kept while we evaluate and improve the app.

Children

Genstant Cam is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
